	Synopsis: On the day of the California Presidential Primary, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, Jack Bauer is arrested but escapes handcuffed from the secret service. Sherry calls Maureen and promises the story of the assassination attempt and conspiracy in the government if she postpones the news about Keith.
