	Synopsis: After Uncle Arthur drops by Samantha and Darrin's for an unexpected visit, he suddenly loses his power of witchcraft. They call in Dr. Bombay, who prescribes some medication which seems to do the trick to restore Uncle Arthur's powers. What they are all unaware of until Dr. Bombay leaves is that the medication has a side effect: whatever Uncle Arthur thinks, it magically appears. Dr. Bombay is temporarily unavailable to treat the side effect, leaving Samantha to deal with Uncle Arthur and his uncontrollable witchcraft by trying to get his mind off of anything unusual. This problem causes some issues as Samantha and Uncle Arthur go outside in view for others to see. The result of Uncle Arthur's latest thought ends up affecting the advertising campaign over which Darrin is having a mental block.
