Synopsis: While Carla is off on maternity leave, her demure sister, Annette, fills in for her at the bar. To help Annette break out of her shell, the gang eggs Cliff into asking her out. He does, but he's not the first to do so, nor does he know that he isn't the first or the last. Annette's not as shy as she first appears. Cliff falls head over heels for her, and intends to ask her to marry him. As his best friend, Norm feels he should be the one to tell Cliff the truth about Annette.
