	Synopsis: The team tries to find the man who is selling a new drug whom they hope will help them get Acosta. They go to the man and find him freaking out, his eyes torn out. They calm him down and test the drug and discover someone tampered with it. They investigate and learn that Carlos Acosta is the one behind it. Chapel wants to get him but Ryan convinces him to wait. He then goes to Javier and tells him what Carlos did. But he's reluctant to do anything. Daniel upon learning that people just see him as Javier Acosta's son decides to take a big risk to gain some respect.
