	Synopsis: A surfer is stabbed so Steve goes to investigate. Chin says he knows the guy; he's a guy who tried to be a cop but was kicked out of the police academy for an infraction. But an ATF man shows claiming that he's one of his agents. That getting kicked out of the academy is part of his cover. He was working on a gun dealer. So they wonder if the dealer found out who he is but the dealer appears to have no idea he was an agent. They learn that someone has been ripping off the dealer and it appears they were operating with information that the agent was providing the ATF which leads Danny to suspect he was dirty. Steve tries to keep an open mind. Steve's sister shows up and has a baby. And when she gets sick she asks Steve to take care of her which makes working the case tough. Catherine continues to try and find Adam.
