	Synopsis: While working on a nuclear-disarmament agreement with Russia, Mac and Sturgis have an appointment with an expert -- a woman Naval officer -- a commander who is a PhD in nuclear physics from Harvard University. When she does not arrive, they start looking for her. With help from a vision by Mac, they find her body, and the local police find a suspect, who unwittingly leads them to an international web involving weapon-grade uranium and a rogue terrorist group. Meanwhile aboard USS Patrick Henry (CVN-74) Harm investigates a mishap which included a severe injury of a sailor. Further, Sturgis loses an old love, Mac absentmindedly lets a secret slip, and Sergei meets Loren.
