	Synopsis: A JAG officer twice interferes with attacks against terrorist targets in Afghanistan, so Harm and Mac go aboard USS Seahawk (CVN-65) at sea during wartime flight operations, to help clarify the rules of engagement. Harm flies the next mission. After hitting the target he attracts enemy fire, and the aircraft sustains damage, but he safely returns to the carrier. Meanwhile the admiral offers Bud an opportunity, for his next duty station, to transfer to a ship or to an office somewhere ashore in Europe. Loren prosecutes a sailor accused of a hit-and-run accident, and Bud defends. Loren feels envy and shows nastiness. Bud finds it hard to give care to a sick child. A temporary assignment allows Sturgis to become closer to Bobbi. The admiral tells Bud that he has received a report that Bud has not done a satisfactory job of defending the hit-and-run defendant.
