Synopsis: In the black ghetto, several crack houses are eliminated violently by a gang of masked knavish vigilantes. They must be trained and controlled by an adult with superior military training, as they even successfully set a brilliantly-surprising, thankfully non-lethal trap for Mac. He first suspects the ex-marine youth center-gym leader R.T.Hines, but believes his indignant denial. Only after the vigilantes suffer casualties in a next operation, Mac gets onto the man behind them, police detective Manny, who lost his own kid to drugs and lost faith that the system will deal with lawyered-up drug barons like his main target.
