	Synopsis: The squad investigates the shooting death of 16 year-old Anthony Lewis who was found by a patrol car, dead in the front seat of a car. Lewis was a star quarterback at Madison high school and Assistant Chief Taylor is concerned about this being gang-related, particularly as Anthony's brother Lamar is a highly placed gang member. There have already been several racial incidents at Madison and Taylor, whose son goes to that school, wants to ensure that it doesn't turn into a shooting gallery. Based on information from Anthony's coach, it appears that he was specifically targeted and the police begin to think it may be personal rather than gang related. Rusty meanwhile seems completely uninterested in meeting his biological father and Sharon wants to make sure he's making an informed decision.
