	Synopsis: Radar is taking a correspondence course in writing from Las Vegas Writers' School. Potter thinks it is the original shell game, but Radar wants to improve himself. Col. Potter tells him to confine his literary work to a novel and not the Army daily reports. Radar has problems with his LVWS writing assignments. Frank is very cranky, as it is his birthday and no one even remembers. Frank is acting weirder than normal, so the guys think he needs a birthday gift. BJ is Machiavellian and comes up with the most perfect gift...but it may have the power to backfire. Frank is delighted with his gift.
