Synopsis: Agnes is suffering from beard burn on her face from Herbert. He offers to shave his beard off publicly in the agency. The agency is asked by a man who had failed plastic surgery to found out if his operation was a deliberate, unethical act of sabotage. Maddie goes undercover to the surgeon to find out what happened. Meanwhile, David works on the receptionist. They then follow the surgeon and find out that he is having an affair with the patient's beautiful wife. Then the surgeon is killed and there are a number people who wanted to kill him.
