	Synopsis: An explosion at a market shop knocks Constables Crabtree (Jonny Harris) and Higgins (Lachlan Murdoch) to the street. Detective Murdoch's (Yannick Bisson) survey of the scene uncovers a homemade incendiary device. Peter Milne (Brock Johnson), the irate shopkeeper, demands to Inspector Brackenreid (Thomas Craig) that the police cover his considerable losses. But with Higgins seriously injured in the blast, Brackenreid is enraged by his selfishness. Further investigation reveals many other neighbours don't think favourably of Milne, particularly Angus Trout (John Jarvis), who was driven out of business by the aggressive merchant. As Murdoch, Higgins and Brackenreid develop theories about the incident, Brackenreid believes the constabulary may have been the actual targets, given the proximity of the shop to a new police callbox.
