	Synopsis: Agents of FinCEN, the US Treasury bureau for financial crimes, have become physical targets, including an LA murder, since they investigate the role of the traditional, informal oriental money transfer system Hawalah in terrorists' finances. Granger and Kensi look into agent Green's murder while investigating the suspiciously generous funding of a tuberculosis clinic run in Afghanistan by a US medical charity. Callen's LA team looks into the LA creditors, and soon recruit Afghan carpet trader Behnam Navid's son Ehsan, who wholeheartedly aspires US citizenship, to identify and trace suspects. It proves extremely dangerous, but Ehsna's courage matches.
