	Synopsis: A Marine first lieutenant dies of gunfire during a dinner cruise on the Potomac River at Washington, DC; Abigail Borin, a special agent of the Coast Guard Investigative Service, also is a guest aboard the same boat during the same event; Borin calls Gibbs, so she and the gang investigate together. The victim is a member of a rich and famous family; his father, who died six months before, had disinherited him, financially and socially, because of the son's decision to serve as an officer in the US Marine Corps.
