	Synopsis: We find Hero in the cave of the Cyclops, risking life and limb to rescue the Oracle Of Gaia. Hero defeats the Cyclops, sending it plunging to his apparent death and frees the Oracle. Hero is determined to bring her back to the temple so she can answer the riddle of his life: why was he brought up in hiding in the Forest of Troezen? On the way to the temple, Hero and Oracle are set upon by two highwaymen who threaten to kill them. Hero manages to kill one of the robbers and capture the other who turns out to be Oracle's brother Theo. Meanwhile, the city of Athens is under siege by Minoan troops. King Aegeus is leading the futile attempt to stem the Minoan tide, while his wife, Queen Medea, is attempting to solve the riddle of the Lexicon which she believes lies inside their son, Lykos. The Lexicon leads to the door of Olympus and any mortal who is able to enter Olympus will be welcomed by the Gods and become an immortal. In the midst of all this, the King's brother Pallas is plotting ...
