Synopsis: Hero, Oracle and Daedalus escape from the gigantic stone hand, only to be captured by Cyrus and his priests. Cyrus tortures Oracle to reveal the whereabouts of the ring. In Athens, Medea is convinced that Pallas and Xerxes are secretly working to undermine her and the King, and knows the only way to stop the plotting is to bring Aegeus back from his stupor but little does she know that Aegeus' courtesan, Alexa, is using countermeasures to keep the King sedated. Back in Troezen, Hero descends into a giant stone ear to supposedly retrieve the ring of the Magi, but he's cleverly designed a trap and lures Cyrus inside. Hero, Oracle and Daedalus escape while Cyrus is trapped inside and his priests tied up. Between the three of them they piece together clues to figure out that the location of the ring. As Hero retrieves the ring, he is assaulted with another violent vision and the ring tumbles out of his grasp. As Hero regains his senses, he and Oracle realize that Daedalus has run off with... |
