	Synopsis: Pallas and Xerxes confront Lykos about the Dorian he dispatched to the Minoan camp. Lykos claims the Dorian wasn't sent to negotiate with Minos, but Pallas tells him it's alright...it may be the only way to save Athens and Pallas encourages Lykos to continue the negotiations. Hero has snuck into Athens. He sheds the Minoan armor he stole from the camp and grabs a tunic off a laundry line. A young laundry woman stops him but he charms her and barters the tunic for a story instead. In Minos' camp, there is concern that Hero has escaped. Ariadne wants to know the Mercenary's real identity and seduces Oracle to discover the truth. Oracle is able to hold back the truth about Hero but does tell Ariadne about her vision of Aegeus triggering the end of humanity. Oracle, now confidant and advisor to Minos, convinces and assures Minos that she can encourage Daedalus to speed up the construction of his war machine.
