	Synopsis: Led by Daedalus' war machine, Minos' troops pour into the city. Athens is overrun and the Minoans have control of the palace. Pallas, Lykos and Aegeus all swear they have no idea where Hero is. Ariadne takes over the interrogation and without answers, kills Pallas in front to them. When Hero, Medea and Oracle see the smoke in the distance, they realize that Athens has fallen. They sneak back into the city, where they are caught and brought before Minos. Hero strikes a deal - let his family live and he will give Minos the Lexicon. Ariadne attempts to seduce Hero. Hero resists her advances as best he can, not realizing that they have been seen by Oracle. Later, Oracle jealously confronts Hero about his feelings toward Ariadne. Hero assures her he has none. Hero has a plan. Oracle is to meet him at the Temple of Aphrodite after the "Lexicon ceremony" so that they head to the door of Olympus together. Daedalus tells Medea that when he was aloft over the countryside, he noticed the temples...
