	Synopsis: Danny Harrison arrives home as his wife Eileen is upset about their washer being repossessed. Danny is a schoolteacher who works two jobs and has a young daughter which requires an expensive leg brace. Danny won't go to Eileen's father for help or take a better paying job so Eileen tells him she wants a divorce for their daughter's sake. Eileen visits Perry to see if he will help her obtain the divorce as the two were childhood friends. Perry refuses but offers other help as she leaves his office. Danny's second job is at Luke Hickey's small diner which is hurting financially. Danny's friend Frank Curran comes into the dinner drunk ordering chili and coffee. The drunk Curran tosses the chili in the floor complaining about it. Hickey wants to call the police but Danny offers to take Frank home.
