	Synopsis: Conrad and Victoria found a children charity in Amanda's name and appoint Aiden, Conrad's successor on the Grayson board, its treasurer. Daniel is appalled to hear it's a ploy to evacuate the family capital in case the Initiative ruins their investment firm and blame Aiden and ends up telling Emily. Jack mistrusts it until Nolan convinces him at Amanda's death was a result of the Ryan revenge but now sides with Conrad. Amanda's foster brother Eli, a major crook, turns up posing as a wealthy donor and, although Nolan works out the truth, scams $100,000 hush money out of 'Emily' to keep her identity switch secret but reneges on his promise to leave New England, focusing on Victoria.
