	Synopsis: Evan regretfully has to fire Dr. Paul Van Dyke for refusing to give a valid reason for turning up for work drunk as a skunk with a head wound, but Paige soon finds he was the victim of a bar fight, so the concerned couple investigates. Hank finds Boris's key guest Dmitry Vasilyev a terribly undisciplined diabetic and suggests permanent supervision, yet accepts only to be the patient's personal physician during Boris's petroleum conference and comes up with a canine alternative.
