Synopsis: In order to undo the image damage resulting from the mayor's mindless public silver spoon arrogance, he and team Charlie volunteer for a day to help out in a hamburger joint, counting on a slow day but an event causes a record rush. Carter's perfectionism drives his colleagues crazy, but his education pep-talks worked out even worse on the regular workers.
