Synopsis: Conservative nerd Spence proves a perfect match when he meets carter in the big brother program. However when Charlie must mind him a while, boding proves impossible due to different interests, until Charlie awakes the womanizing beast in the knave, who just as soon tastes heartache. Charlie looses a date, already in his bedroom, trough the sleepless mayor's jealous ranting over the phone. Stuart's home-made ocean sounds tape, recommended as cure for insomnia, proves formidably flawed.
