	Synopsis: Brenda and the team investigate the death of a young mother and her 4 year-old daughter who are found bound together and weighted down in the Port of Los Angeles. The coroner estimates that they've been in the water for at least 2 weeks which coincides with the dates on an airline ticket they've found indicating they've traveled from Japan. They track down the woman's husband, Paul Andrews, who runs an autobody repair shop and he claims his wife ran off with their child six months before and hadn't heard from her since. When Brenda learns that his first wife also disappeared some 6 years before, she is convinced that he is responsible. She needs to find evidence however.
