	Synopsis: At the wake for Mike Weston's father, FBI Director Tom Franklin recruits Ryan to work for him reporting directly to his office. Ryan agrees but tells Mike not to get involved in what he's up to. Reporter Carrie Cooke continues to hound him trying to get confirmation that Joe is still alive. Flashbacks reveal how she and Ryan first met. When he realizes that Joe Carroll's mentor, Dr. Arthur Strauss lives only an hour's drive from Havenport, he assumes that is where Joe went for medical treatment after his escape. At the cult camp meanwhile, Micah welcomes Joe, Emma and Mandy as full-fledged members of the group. Joe finds the vain Micah quite easy to manipulate and is soon his main advisor.
