	Synopsis: The only female US pro in Jai Alai, an ancient Basque sport and rising star in the American sports-gambling industry, is beaten to death in the locker-room of former star Meltzer's daughter Corinne's club, which needs its team to keep its gambling license. Jim's team finds a tangled web of rivalry, dangerous romance and financial interests.
