	Synopsis: Having learned from a client that Alicia will be taking one of her top clients with her to a new firm, Diane Lockhart tells Will who goes ballistic. He challenges Alicia and convenes a meeting of the partners to have her fired. Will then sets his sights on the fourth year associates and they are all soon out on the street. Both sides engage in a battle to keep clients on side. Lockhart Gardner plays hardball insinuating to clients that Alicia was fired due to financial irregularities and David Lee makes sure they can't move into their new offices. Their main concern is to keep ChumHum as a client and both sides are soon in court battling it out. In the end, its Peter Florrick who gives Alicia a helping hand.
