Synopsis: George's old friend, Monk Davis, pays him a visit. When the two were teenagers, they were arrested for shoplifting and sent to a reformatory. George never told Louise and Lionel about this crime because he doesn't want to lose their respect. Seeing the opportunity, Monk is blackmailing George to keep their act a secret, and Monk is demanding more money from him during the visit.
