	Synopsis: Costa Rica being reportedly too dangerous, Chandler tries harvesting monkeys for tests in a Nicargauan reserve. He heads up the river by motorboat with XOMike Slattery and lieutenant Danny Green. They get away from a wandering band of plague-affected locals, and are welcomed by a tightly organized, healthy community. It's ruled with iron fist by El Toro, a rich man whose yacht sunk and took over authority from softy mayor Ervin Delgado. Despite Chandler's transparent lies and haughty moral sermons, El Toro is prepared to let them leave with the monkeys. Still they risk returning, without delivering the world-crucial cargo, just to liberate the mayor's daughters.
