Synopsis: 2014:- Mark does not pass Tony's message on to Emily as her father is dying and Tony is further annoyed that Mayor Deloix refuses to reopen the case in view of the fresh evidence. However, using Suri as a lever, Julien leans on the mayor to recommence the investigation. 2006:- Ian Garrett, who is supervising the renovation of a house in the area, approaches the Hughes with the offer of a reward whilst Vincent Bourg, a known sex offender, is brought in for questioning. Suri bribes policeman Ziane for inside information but Bourg has an excellent alibi and is released, later going to a secret meeting with Garrett.
