Synopsis: Maxwell decides to take a weekend trip to London to see Ce'line Dion in concert and to try and persuade her to star in one of his shows. Val talks Fran into following him to London so that they can rekindle the passion they experienced in Paris. Once in London, Maxwell puts up a valiant fight but quickly falls under Fran's spell. They are just about to do it for the first time when Maxwell decides that he can't fall prey to his urges for this specific situation, which to him feels like a one night stand instead of a long term commitment, which is what he wants. But their resulting fight and trip to London is cut short when word comes back from New York that Niles suffered a heart attack. Everyone is distraught, even C.C. who admits that her seemingly dysfunctional relationship with Niles is really one of love. In Niles' drug induced sleep, he apparently feels the same.
