	Synopsis: Topher and TC arrive in Afghanistan to help Topher's friend but they learn he was not able to go to the base. So they go to where he is where there are a lot of insurgents. Back in the US, Ragosa is finally certified and gets his first case, a person who was in an accident who dies and he has to notify his wife. Paul because Krista said he doesn't go in the trenches like the others goes with Drew to the accident and when someone is trapped, Paul helps him but his hand gets burned which could affect his future as a surgeon. Scott is being sued by the family of the boy who was injured when he was driving. Jordan is treating a young woman who was injured in the accident and when Jordan thinks something is wrong with her, she refuses tests because she can't afford it.
