Synopsis: After Caleb's will is read which reveals that he's lost everything, Jimmy must make a difficult decision whether or not to stay in town or move away again to avoid his business partner. Meanwhile, Ryan and Marissa are told by Sandy and Julie to stay away from each other over their expulsion while back at Harbor High, the evil and vindictive Dean Hess now goes after Seth and Summer by forcing them to work with Taylor in planning a school musical. Also, Kirsten finally returns home to Sandy, leaving behind Charlotte whom is revealed to be not all as she seems.
