Synopsis: Krusty has earned a fortune as a clown, but through gambling, wanton waste, and carelessness, he has lost almost all his money. After Krusty's debts to the mob mount, he is desperate for some income. Krusty opens a clown college. Homer succumbs to a billboard advertisement and becomes one of the college's first students. After Homer begins clown work, he is regularly mistaken for Krusty. Homer gets special treatment from the police and storeowner Apu, and he delights in his good luck. After Homer declares that he is Krusty and he wants all that Krusty has coming to him, the mob members spot Homer and mistake him for Krusty. |
