Synopsis: Mr. Furley complains to Jack, Janet and Chrissy that while he was visiting his brother Bart's office to give him the rent receipts that were overdue, he humiliates him in front of Nancy, Bart's secretary that Mr. Furley is fond of. Feeling down, the kids try to console him. While discussing ways to cheer Mr. Furley up, Jack overhears him on the phone talking about "taking gas." As a result, the kids think that Mr. Furley is contemplating suicide.
